World
Youth Day 2005 was a blistering success in many different ways. We as
Sion Youth were there doing an evangelistic outreach in Bonn. Sian,
the outreach Co-ordinator relfects:
"29
young people: ready to stand up, to share their own
faith and to serve all to make God known! 250 people came just as God
promised; the team gave all they had."

Community is commited to training and equipping Christians so as to
make them more effective, especially in the area of evangelisation.
We run courses which draw upon the particular strengths of the course
leader; for instance, Michelle has a Masters in Pastoral Theology
specialising in appropriate leadership and management strategies in
the Church. As a result she runs the very successful Leadership Training
Course.

7th
- 9th October 2005 - Women's
Weekend
While this is not really a course it is a retreat, we definatly thought
it worth mentioning. Led by Michelle Moran (Community Director) this
weekend is a fantastic opportunity for women of all generations to
have some space in a busy life. More details will be available nearer
the time.
28th
Feb - 3rd March - Spiritual
Accompaniment in association with the Chemin Neuf
Community we are proud to host this long standing course which looks
to aid people in the skills they will need to help others on their
journey to Christ
14th
- 19th May 2006 - Leadership
Training Course created
and developed by Michelle Moran The Leadership Training Course is
very popular and its success is well known.
