Unbound: Freedom in Christ
The "Unbound: Freedom in Christ Conference" is a comprehensive presentation of the Unbound model based on the material found in the book: "Unbound: A Practical Guide to Deliverance" by Neal Lozano. Sion Community and the Lincoln Unbound group worked together in November 2019 to hold training days for laity and for clergy, and weekend conferences in Sheffield and Brentwood. More than 500 conference attendees received the foundational teaching of Unbound in six sessions over two days. For many years the Lozanos (Neal and his son Matt), through "Heart of the Father" ministries, have been helping people achieve levels of peace and freedom that they never hoped to experience. Matt Lozano spoke at the November conferences to teach us five practical keys to set us free from attitudes and behaviour patterns that block our way to being more effective Christians. The Unbound model of prayer offers a sound and practical way for Christians to experience a greater freedom from the influence of evil in their lives and to enjoy the fullness of life won for us by Christ’s death and resurrection.
Nearly 250 delegates (mainly Catholic, but also Anglicans, independent Evangelicals and Salvation Army members) received training in how to deliver Unbound prayer over the November events, and the Lincoln Unbound group is now looking at how to organise these volunteers into teams to offer ministry under the authority of local churches. Details of how to access Unbound ministry locally will be published early in 2020.
